Who we are

Trade Birdie is a back-office services company in Phoenix, Arizona. We run phones, invoicing, payment records, reviews, websites and records inside our clients' own accounts, under their names.

Published prices

• The Readiness Check: free
• The Inspection: $4,500, one time
• Onboarding and build: $4,500, one time
• Office, Run: $3,500 a month
• Records & Readiness Office: $6,000 a month

A price change for a running plan takes effect only at a monthly renewal, after thirty days' written notice.

Requesting the Inspection

Requesting the Inspection on this site does not charge you. We confirm by email within one business day and send the invoice. The Inspection fee is billed once, on that invoice, before the two-week engagement starts.

The Inspection credit

The Inspection fee is credited in full against the onboarding and build fee if a plan starts within thirty days of delivery. The onboarding and build fee is not refundable once the build has begun.

The ninety-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied, tell us in writing within ninety days after your start date and we refund the plan fees you have paid Trade Birdie for that period.

In those first ninety days we commit to three things you can check from your own systems:

• Every inbound call answered and logged.
• An invoice out the same day a job closes.
• Your records file built to the published standard.

The guarantee is available once per client. It covers plan fees only: not the onboarding and build fee, not the Inspection fee (if charged), and not third-party or pass-through costs. It is not available if access was materially withheld or the agreement breached. On refund the agreement ends, and you keep your accounts and your data.

The signed service agreement sets out the guarantee in full (term 6).

What we never do

• No finance. No bookkeeping, statements, payroll or tax, and we never touch your funds.
• No advice. Financial, legal, tax and valuation questions go to your own advisors.
• No brokering. We do not value, list, market or negotiate the sale of any business.
• No promised outcomes. We prepare; we do not promise.

The Readiness Check score

The score describes the answers you gave against our published checklist. It is not advice, a valuation, or a prediction of any outcome.

Cancelling

Every plan is month to month. Either side can end it with thirty days' written notice, and email counts. We remove our access within five business days, hand over any admin rights, and you keep every account, domain, record, photo, review and phone number.

Your accounts and data

Accounts we set up are opened in your name. We work in them by invitation, as your agent, only to deliver the service, and that authorization ends when the agreement ends.

Phones, texting and reviews

Our default receptionist greeting tells callers they reached an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded. Texts are transactional and opt-outs are honored. Review requests go to every customer on the same rules, with no incentives.

Changes to these terms

We update this page and its date when these terms change. A signed client agreement changes only in writing, signed by both sides.
